Royal Kids Childcare — Booking Policies
Our Commitment to You
At Royal Kids Childcare, we aim to provide a warm, safe, and dependable experience for every child and family we serve. To ensure consistency, clarity, and fairness for all families, please review the following booking, cancellation, and enrollment policies before reserving childcare.

If you’re booking care, here are the essentials you need to know:
• Book at least 1 week in advance.
• Refunds: 7+ days’ notice.
• Credits: 48+ hours’ notice.
• No refunds or credits under 48 hours.
• No drop-offs between 12 PM–2 PM.
• Late fees: $15 per 15 minutes past pick-up.
• Payment is required at booking.
• New families must complete Brightwheel enrollment before reserving care.

Full Booking Policy
Advance Booking
All childcare reservations must be scheduled at least one (1) week in advance to guarantee availability and allow for proper preparation.
Families may book childcare up to one (1) month in advance, while families enrolled in a monthly tuition plan may reserve slots up to three (3) months in advance.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refund Eligibility:

Cancellations made seven (7) or more days before your scheduled booking will receive a full refund.
Credit Eligibility:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full credit toward a future childcare session.
Cancellations Under 48 Hours:

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Payments for cancellations made within the required window may be reapplied to a future reservation upon request.
Arrival & Departure Policy

Children may be dropped off anytime during their reserved slot, except during our Quiet Hours from 12 PM–2 PM to protect nap time.

All children must be picked up by the end of their booked time.

For 9-hour bookings, drop-offs occurring after 2 PM require pick-up by 11 PM.

No refunds are provided for unused time.

A $15 late fee is applied for every 15 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time.

Repeated late pick-ups may result in discontinued care.
Payments

All payments must be made at the time of booking through our secure online payment system.

Your reservation is not considered complete until full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.
New Family Enrollment Requirements
Before booking childcare, new families must complete the Royal Kids Childcare enrollment process. This includes:

Participating in a Discovery Call with a Royal Kids representative.

Completing the full enrollment process through Brightwheel.

Creating a pick-up list in Brightwheel (if applicable).

Submitting the registration payment.
Once enrollment is finalized, families may book childcare for their desired dates.
