General Information
What are the operating hours of the weekend childcare center?  

Our center operates from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Saturdays for now. As our clientele
grows we will offer Friday evenings (5pm-11pm) and Sundays (9am-4pm)
What age groups do you cater to?  
We provide care for children aged 2years (must be potty trained) to 12 years.
Do you require pre-registration?  
Yes, we recommend pre-registering to ensure your child's spot. We prefer

Enrollment and Fees
What are the fees for childcare services?  
Fees vary by the service.
Are there any discounts available?  
We offer sibling discounts and special rates. Inquire during registration for more details.
What is your cancellation policy?  
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You can move a reservation
one time before having to pay for another reservation.

Safety and Care
What safety measures are in place?  
We prioritize safety with trained staff, childproof facilities, and secure check-in/check-out procedures. 
What qualifications do your staff have?  
All our caregivers have a background ground are certified in CPR and First Aid, and many have backgrounds in early childhood education.
How do you handle allergies or special needs?  
Royal Kids is an inclusive program. Our staff are trained to care for all children. Please inform us of any allergies or special requirements during registration, and we will accommodate your child’s needs accordingly.

Activities and Programs
What types of activities do you offer?  
We provide a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor play, games, and
educational programs tailored to different age groups.
Can parents participate in activities?  
Parents are welcome to volunteer and participate in special events or activities. Please check our calendar for upcoming opportunities.

Communication
How can I communicate with the staff?  
Parents can communicate with staff during drop-off and pick-up times, or via email and phone for any concerns or questions.
Will I receive updates about my child’s day?  
Yes, we provide daily reports on activities, meals, and any notable events during your
child’s stay.

Emergencies
What is your emergency procedure?  
In case of an emergency, we follow a detailed plan that includes contacting parents
immediately and ensuring the safety of all children.
How do you handle medical emergencies?  
Our staff is trained to respond to medical emergencies, and we will contact emergency services if necessary. Parents will be notified promptly.
