At Royal Kids Childcare, we are committed to enhancing the childcare experience for both children and parents, ensuring that every interaction is filled with joy, learning, and growth.

Cancellation Policy

Please book childcare at least one week in advance. If you cancel seven or more days ahead, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your booking receive a full credit, while cancellations under 48 hours aren’t eligible for refund or credit. To protect nap time, drop-offs aren’t allowed between 12 PM and 2 PM. A late fee of $15 per 15 minutes applies to late pick-ups. Payment is due at booking, and new families must complete their Brightwheel enrollment before scheduling care.
